ALEC LUCAS - I was raised in Charlotte North Carolina and Charleston South Carolina. I grew up fishing with both my parents having a strong interest in the sport. My dad taught me how to fly fish when I was around 7 years old, and ever since I picked up a fly rod I can't put it down. I am a fly fishing guide for Minturn Anglers out of Minturn Colorado. I spend most of my time fishing on the Eagle and Colorado River. I really enjoy chasing trophy brown trout and salt water species when I can. I think the best part about fly fishing for me is the thrill of the hunt and the fact that it takes me all over the world. I get to meet so many great people and share some truly remarkable experiences. The friendships you gain with this type of lifestyle will last a lifetime.

BROOK FERRO - Born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. I was raised on some of the best fly fishing waters in the country. My father started me at a very young age of 3 and the itch has never stopped. Throughout the years I have traveled around Idaho fly fishing small mountain streams where the bull trout are to the grassy plains of still water fly fishing for bass. Every moment I get when I'm not hunting you can find me fly fishing all over the Gem state. In my down time I'm sitting behind the vise tying flies. Hoping to motivate more ladies on the water in 2019 as I'm building up the Idaho Lady Anglers group for women all over. Instagram.com/solohunter208

Amanda Jensen - Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, currently enjoying life in Stevensville, Montana. While I grew up fishing for fun in Washington state, I found fly fishing later in life and became instantly and completely addicted. These days, I fish as often as possible and spend most days on the banks of the Bitterroot River in Western Montana. In addition to fishing for trout in our local waters, I also really enjoy spey fishing for steelhead in the surrounding areas. When I’m not fishing, I enjoy waterfowl hunting with my husband and dogs, coaching and playing volleyball, and spending time with my friends and family. As someone who was very hesitant to even attempt fly fishing, I hope to build confidence in other potential anglers and empower them to get out on the water and enjoy the great outdoors.
Marissa Wil - Born and raised in South Florida, I’ve grown up with the best of what the water has to offer. As a kid I spent vacations and holidays fishing from Jupiter down to the keys. As an adult my interest grew to not only what I could get from the water, but how can I help take care of it. Now I spend my free time creating a balance. Taking care of coastlines and ecosystem, and also enjoying everything they have to offer us. I’ve been able to turn the hobby of picking up marine debris into a small business of recycling and using that to give back to local conservation and wildlife efforts. I also try to challenge myself with new hobbies that keep me on the water. I enjoy fishing from my paddleboard and capturing footage of local wildlife with my drone. I’m hoping to continue to improve my fly cast and use it as an excuse to travel the world.
